Welcome to Voice213, an AI marketing platform for creating voice-overs, images, videos, ads, scripts and landing pages. These terms apply to the Voice213 website, the Voice213 mobile app for iOS and Android, and the Voice213 API (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document
• Adhere to all applicable local and international laws and regulations
• Use the Services in a responsible and lawful manner
• Take full responsibility for your use of the platform and of the content you create with it

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Registration and Account

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use a real email address (temporary emails are not allowed)
• Provide a valid Algerian phone number when you sign up with an email address
• Only one account per user

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and of the devices you stay signed in on
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use

2.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:

• Violation of terms of service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Service abuse
• Non-payment for paid services

3. Services and Plans

3.1 Free Plan

• Limited access to platform features
• Limited monthly usage points
• Maximum limit for text and file length

3.2 Paid Plans and Points

• Access to more tools and higher limits
• Points that are spent on each generation according to the cost shown for each tool
• Subscriptions whose monthly points reset each month and do not roll over
• Point packs whose points roll over while your balance remains above the minimum

3.3 Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed in Algerian Dinar (DA)
• One-time payment or subscription depending on the plan
• No refunds after starting to use the service
• Prices may change with prior notice
• The mobile app does not offer purchases; the plan and points on your account are available in the app when you sign in

4. Usage Rules

4.1 Permitted Use

• Creating audio, visual and written content for legal and legitimate purposes
• Creating marketing content for your own products, business or clients
• Personal or commercial use according to your plan
• Respecting intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights

4.2 Prohibited Use

Using the Services for the following purposes is prohibited:

• ❌ Creating offensive, racist, or hate content
• ❌ Any sexual content involving minors, which we report to the competent authorities
• ❌ Pornographic or explicit sexual content
• ❌ Content that incites violence or terrorism
• ❌ Harassing, threatening or bullying anyone
• ❌ Cloning or imitating a real person's voice or likeness without their permission
• ❌ Deceptive content that presents invented people, events or statements as real
• ❌ Violating others' intellectual property rights, or uploading photos, recordings or brands you have no right to use
• ❌ Forgery or impersonation
• ❌ Spreading misinformation, fake news or misleading advertising claims
• ❌ Phishing or spam
• ❌ System hacking or unauthorized access attempts
• ❌ Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Nature of Outputs

Content produced through the Services is generated automatically by artificial intelligence, including models run by third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Outputs can be inaccurate, resemble content generated for others, or be unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you use or publish it, and for making sure your use complies with the law and with the rules of the platforms where you publish it.

5.2 Your Inputs

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload or enter, including photos of people, voice recordings and brand assets.

5.3 Moderation

We may automatically screen uploads and requests, and refuse to process content that breaks these terms.

5.4 Reporting Content

You can report AI-generated content that is offensive, harmful, misleading or infringing using the report option on the screens of the mobile app that show it, or by emailing support@voice213.com with a description or link. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the accounts responsible, and we may notify the competent authorities of illegal content.

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the texts, images and recordings you provide. You grant us a license to process them, including through our service providers, only to provide the Services to you.

6.2 Generated Content

The audio, visual and written content produced through our platform:

• Belongs to you after production
• You can use it for your personal or commercial purposes
• Reselling the generated content as a competing service is not allowed
• You must respect the rights of the voices and people depicted

6.3 Storage of Your Content

Generated images and videos are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically, so download anything you want to keep. Voice-overs are kept until you delete them or your account.

6.4 Voice213 Platform

All intellectual property rights to the platform (logo, design, code, voices, models) belong to Voice213.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service "As Is"

We provide the Services "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Complete uninterrupted service
• 100% accuracy in all outputs
• Suitability of generated content for all purposes

7.2 Liability Limits

We will not be liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruption due to maintenance or force majeure
• Misuse of generated content by users

8. Refund Policy

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of unused points or subscription time. In exceptional cases (severe technical errors), you can contact technical support to review the case.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes through:

• A notice on the website or in the app
• Email message
• Update to "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the Services after modifications means you agree to them.

10. Service Termination

10.1 By You

You can delete your account at any time: in the mobile app from your Profile, on the website from Settings, or by following the instructions at www.voice213.com/account-deletion. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and the anonymized records we keep.

10.2 By Us

We can suspend or terminate your account immediately in case of:

• Violation of terms of service
• Fraudulent activity
• System abuse
• Non-payment

11. Mobile App Stores

If you downloaded the Voice213 app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are an agreement between you and Voice213, not Apple or Google. Voice213, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support and any claims relating to it. Your use of the app must also comply with the terms of the store you downloaded it from. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the iOS app and may enforce them against you.

12. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes will be resolved in competent Algerian courts.
